Fees are to be paid either weekly or monthly and in advance, there is no refund for child/parent absence (be this for sickness, days off e.g.). All contracted hours must be paid for in full regardless of attendance.
Full fees will still apply for annual holidays taken by the parent/carer in order to keep a place open for your child; apart from annual holidays no fee will be due (full time only) (4 weeks per year; which have to be accrued first) There is Full fee to be paid when my setting is closed (for my holiday) (4 Weeks per year April - April) and no fee due for time off due to my illness.
Charges for late collection of your child is £5.00 per half hour only if more than 10 mins late.
Arranged late collection, in this case, the normal hourly rate will be charged for additional time.
All fees are charged to the nearest half an hour, I do not charge by 15-minute slots.
If a contracted day falls on a Bank holiday you will be charged the normal hourly rate if the children do NOT attend, but if the children do attend 3 x hourly rate will be due.
If your child is collected earlier than the contracted time, the full fee still applies. Late drop-off does not constitute late collection.
Failure to pay on the due date stated on your invoice will result in a late payment charge being incurred; this will be at a rate of £5.00 per day until Sunday of that week. Then loss of services for the following week unless a special arrangement has been agreed.
Parents are required to give 4 weeks' written notice if their child is to leave my setting. Full payment of fees will be due for this period. Notice cannot be given in holiday periods (term time only.)
Parents are required to give 4 weeks' written notice of their hours changing until then the full contracted rate will still be due
Hourly Rate
Monday - Friday (Between 8 am & 6 pm) = £5.50 p/hr for full-time hours (40 p/w)
Monday - Friday (Between 8 am & 6 pm) = £6.50 p/hr for part-time hours (under 40 p/w)
Saturday £6.50 p/hr
Overtime Rate
Before 8 am or after 6 pm = £8.00 p/hr
Sundays (by special arrangement only) = £10.00 p/hr
Late collection fee = £5.00 for every ½ hour late (after 10 mins (notified)).
without advance warning £5.00 per ½ hour will be due immediately
Emergency collect from school £5.50 + £5.50 per hour
Children attending before and after school do not qualify for annual holidays
· in-service training days are not school holidays and will have to be paid for
· Full payment to be paid in school holidays to keep place available (This does mean that you will be entitled to use the contracted hours in the holidays if required, with 4 weeks’ notice).
Minimum of 5 hours per week = £6.50p/hr
2nd child attending same contractual hours = £5.00 p/hr (only full-time hours)
Holidays: (1st January – 31st December)
Child/Parent annual holiday = Full Fee (4 weeks, no fee-full time only) (to be accrued first)
Childminder annual holiday = (4 weeks full fee) more than 4 weeks no fee
Occasional days off - Child/parent = Full Fee
Occasional days off - Childminder = No Fee
Sickness:
Child/Parent = Full Fee
Childminder = No Fee
All fees include:
Snacks, drinks, transfers to and from playgroup and school, Toddler groups and local excursions/outings
Food for child/ren attending all day must be provided by the parent.
Payment of fees:
Payment of fees by Cash, standing order, bank transfer or Tax-free childcare on a weekly or monthly basis in advance as set out in the contract.

Funded places are accepted depending on the hours needed, these hours will have a fee to pay for Tapestry.
This fee is to be discussed at the time of the contract being signed.
My setting is closed on Christmas day, Boxing Day , and New Year’s Day these are all public holidays, and contracted hours falling on these days will still be due.
If any fees need reimbursing due to my sickness, they will be credited to the next month’s invoice.
